Really like what I'm seeing from Johnny Q and Zacha their both showing flashes of the talent that is too come finally we have some prospects with some promise the last prospect that showed this much promise was Henrique and that was 5 years ago about time.

DOOMED

I don't mind the Devils cutting down Severson's minutes at this point of the season. Just don't understand why Prout is in. I was in Springfield for the AHL Devils game and go to see Loov and Mozik. Can't say I was that impressed but it would be good to see them get a few games. They can't do much worse then Prout.

Also, did not see Helgeson nor did I hear he was a scratch. Not sure what's up with him but frankly I think he's better then Prout.

I am a big fan of Helgeson. He always seems to play decent hockey when given an opportunity. Strong kid too.

What happened to Logan Brown he has only played like 35 games lol I was going to laugh at Ottawa when I saw how much farther down the OHL scoring list he was then Mcleod but he hasn't played ? did he suffer a pretty serious injury?

No, my regular wife and I live in New Jersey. My hockey wife (college friend who's a diehard hockey fan) lives in Wilbraham. So a couple times a year I visit her and get to see some AHL hockey.

We bet every Bruins - Devils game. This year I won a bottle of peppermint schnapps and she won a Dunkin Donuts gift card and dinner a DeAngelo's.

Everyone gets together at least once a year. Usually for the Big E.

Looks like we have something cookin' for the future with Q, blandisi, and Zacha. I am trending with caution on zacha though, mainly due to his health issues. I like what noesen is bringing to the table as well. Much better than poop smelly and lappin at least. And as far as Prout goes, keep lugging him out there. He's helping the cause for 29th place.

Been reading lots on the prospects and what not and its a shame there isn't a few home run picks in this draft. I really want us to win the lottery but wont be disappointed unless we are picking out of the top 5. With that in mind and the strength of the draft I think we need to get two guys in the top 15-20 if we can ( I think we should be able to ) hopefully we can get Patrick, Hischnier or Vilardi and maybe hope we can get Tolvanen or Tippet although Tippette plays like an NHL player and might be a guy who goes right after the big centers. Pray we can land Shattenkirk or another top quality defender ( Alzner ? ) we can help munch up some minutes and stabalize the back end for guys like Hall to have the big seasons he wants to !

Only seen one rush of Q but really thought he was moving and looking like a decent NHL player seems to have a heavy enough shot to.

Did I miss the whole Elias decision ? Is he done or is it still somehow undecided ? If he is done and won't be playing a single game then I wouldn't be shocked if he was a distraction or sideshow to keep the fans attention off how bad they knew we would be lol Ray probably paid him to hang around and give us fans hope and keep us distracted from the real mess lol. What do you guys think ? I mean it's not like we all really thought he was even going to play last year and when it was announced he wouldn't be ready for the start of this year it kind of makes a little sense now...

I can't see Elias showing up for the last 10 games on a horrible team. He's probably too old to play next season even if he is now healthy. Just get ready for Patrick Elias Night at the Rock next season....

Yeah seems like he is done although I never had much hope of a return, at least not when you are talking about the Devils they always blatantly lie a bout the health of players and its almost pathetic that they continue to do so for the entirety of the season lol
